CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility towards the environment and society in which we live and operate. Our CSR policy reflects our mission and values, and is deeply embedded in the AGETIS corporate culture and operations.

We are an accountable organisation that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. We express this through three prisms of activity:

Compliance: AGETIS Supplements complies with all relevant national and European regulations. We adapt the relevant provisions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as well as the national authorities of the countries in which we work.
Best Practise: We adhere to Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practise (GLP) as well as to our ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System.

Ethics: We ensure that all our operations fall under good business ethics, including our relationships with suppliers and business partners.

The Pillars of our CSR Policy include:

Protecting the Environment: We ensure that our operations in Cyprus, Europe and globally respect and protect the environment. We minimize any kind of waste from operations and ensure it is disposed of properly and sustainably.
Protecting People: All our staff work in conditions of good hygiene and occupational health and safety. Personal protection equipment is worn in all relevant areas of our factories and offices. We are also regularly reviewed for workplace health and safety by external regulators.
Charity: We regularly engage in charitable activities in Cyprus and internationally. Our staff actively volunteer and support various initiatives in Cyprus and internationally.
Learning: We support our staff through continual learning, education and development. This is expressed in our investment in various external study programmes and also in-company training and development.
